Our Commitment

ChainGain publishes educational material about cryptocurrency, payments, remittances, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi. Apex Digital Media LLC is the responsible publisher. This policy states the standard we apply; it is not a claim that every legacy article passed every step before publication.

Evidence Labels

Readers should be able to tell what kind of evidence supports a statement:

• Source-based research: a comparison or explanation based on cited official documentation, regulatory publications, public datasets, or verifiable on-chain data.
• Documented hands-on test: a test whose method, scope, and date are stated in the article or an attached evidence record.
• Worked example: an illustrative calculation or scenario that is not presented as a real transaction.
• Editorial judgment: an opinion or recommendation whose criteria are explained.

We do not describe research as personal use, ownership, a real trade, or a real transfer unless a supporting record exists.

Research and Fact-Checking Standard

1. Prefer primary sources: use official documentation, regulator publications, filings, and verifiable public or on-chain data for material claims.
2. State the date: date fees, availability, regulation, yields, and other facts that can change.
3. Link the evidence: provide a source readers can inspect whenever practical.
4. Separate fact from example: label hypothetical calculations and do not imply that they are completed transactions.
5. Disclose uncertainty: explain conflicts, gaps, and geographic limitations instead of filling them with assumed experience.

These are editorial requirements. If an older article does not meet them, it should be corrected, qualified, or removed rather than defended as prior experience.

How We Use AI

AI tools may assist with background research, outlines, drafting, quality checks, and translation. AI can generate fluent but unsupported details, so generated personal experience, account ownership, transaction history, credentials, and test results are prohibited unless independently supported by a retained evidence record.

Apex Digital Media LLC remains accountable for published material regardless of which tools assisted with production. Readers can report an error through our contact page.

Reviews, Comparisons, and Ratings

Desk research must be described as desk research. A platform comparison may use official fees, documented features, public incident records, regulatory information, and reproducible calculations without implying that the author opened or funded an account.

A star rating, rating count, or claim of testing is published only when its criteria and supporting evidence are retained. Otherwise, we present a sourced comparison without review-schema ratings.

Editorial Independence and Affiliate Links

• Commercial relationships are disclosed through our Affiliate Disclosure.
• Affiliate relationships do not determine editorial conclusions.
• Sponsored material must be labeled as sponsored and must not be presented as independent testing.
• We do not guarantee returns, profits, savings, or availability.

Updates and Corrections

Time-sensitive content should be reviewed when material facts change. A “last updated” date should reflect a substantive review or correction, not a cosmetic timestamp change.
