Lead Analyst & Writer · Crypto Analyst · 5+ Years Experience

I first bought Bitcoin in 2019 out of curiosity — and quickly fell down the rabbit hole. What started as a small purchase turned into years of hands-on experience across dozens of exchanges, DeFi protocols, and blockchain networks. I’ve traded through the 2021 bull run, survived the 2022 bear market, and watched the institutional adoption wave of 2024-2025 reshape the entire industry.

Today, I write for ChainGain because I believe everyone deserves access to clear, honest crypto education — especially people in emerging markets where reliable information is hardest to find.

Areas of Expertise

  • Exchange Evaluation: I create accounts on every platform I review, test deposits and withdrawals, execute real trades, and evaluate customer support response times. I don’t write about platforms I haven’t personally used.
  • Derivatives & Margin Trading: Practical experience with perpetual futures, cross-margin vs isolated margin, and risk management strategies. I’ve been liquidated — and learned from it.
  • DeFi & Smart Contracts: Active user of lending protocols, DEX aggregators, and yield strategies. I understand the mechanics because I use them, not because I read about them.
  • Wallet Security: Hardware wallet management, multi-signature configurations, seed phrase backup strategies, and protection against common attack vectors like address poisoning.
  • Regulatory Landscape: Tracking developments across the EU (MiCA), United States, Brazil, Russia/CIS, Nigeria, and other emerging markets where crypto regulation is evolving rapidly.

My Methodology

Every piece of content I publish follows a rigorous process:

  1. First-hand testing: For exchange reviews, I create a real account, complete verification (where applicable), deposit funds, execute trades across multiple pairs, test withdrawal speed, and contact customer support with genuine questions.
  2. Source verification: Every quantitative claim is cross-referenced against at least two independent sources — official documentation, on-chain data, regulatory filings, or academic research.
  3. Honest assessment: I report both strengths and weaknesses. If a platform has poor customer support or hidden fees, you’ll read about it regardless of any commercial relationship.
  4. Regular updates: Crypto moves fast. I revisit published content regularly to ensure accuracy and display the most recent update date on every article.
